Terrible management, decline of the property
I have been a resident here for 10+ years and this place has steadily declined. There are times when the trash is not emptied and it just gets stacked up in the corner of the complex surrounding the garage bin. Half of the parking lot has no lights and some of the breezeways have no lights, making it difficult to navigate through during the night. The manager can also be extremely rude as well. The lawn guys (maintenance guys) also don't care about your vehicles and will blow the lawn... clippings/leaves onto/into your car. There was a time when I would 100% have recommended this place to anyone, however, now I wouldn't even waste the time putting in the application.
