I lived here for 3.5 years the people who work here are amazing! The property is well kept and the location is so convenient to everything! I highly recommend

Bad Customer Service

I walked up to the office at 5pm trying to talk to management and there was someone blocking the door to the office. I could hear the actual office manager in the back but for some reason he was blocking me from coming in. So rude!!! I said I’m here to look at an available apartment and he said there’s none till December and I asked for a tour he said we’re closed, as he was clearly standing by a sign that said it closed at 6pm. Lost my business!!!

Do not move here

These apartments are absolutely disgusting!!! Roach infested there are dead roaches all over the apartment and some painted over walls. No maintenance is ever done we’ve filed for work orders multiple times. Trash is all over the outside parking lot in the grass. Horrible apartment do not recommend!

Noise complaint

For the price, it’s a nice place to live. The noises from the second floor are horrible.

Our residents’ comfort is very important to us and we are sorry to hear that noise from your neighbors has been an issue. Noise pollution can be an unfortunate side effect of living in a multifamily housing situation, but if the noise is excessive or... you feel that your neighbors are violating community policies, we would be happy to discuss the matter with you in more detail.

Just problems

So I basically had problems with spiders, maintenance, and with a certain office staff member. I have madea longer review but this site only allows me so many characters. but I'll say this, on paper it's a good place to live, that's it nothing more. I live there and I'm ready far ready to move out.
