Constant Water Shutoffs & Outdated Appliances
Living here has been very frustrating. In just the last two months, we’ve had six water shutdowns, often lasting for hours. Twice last month the shutdowns came with only a last-minute email notice, and one day the water was cut off at 4 PM and didn’t return until 9 PM – with no prior notice at all.
On top of that, most of the appliances in the units are very old. They drive up electricity bills, and even after multiple requests, management has not been willing to replace or upgrade them.
For... the rent we pay, this level of service is unacceptable. Residents deserve reliable utilities, timely communication, and modern, efficient appliances – none of which are being provided here.
Literally waiting for the lease term to be end
