Meridian at Hermitage Apartamentos

Such a great place to call home! The office staff is always professional. Mac is always patient and respectful. I’ve already recommended it to a few coworkers looking for a new spot. Close to the hospital, Kroger, and airport too!

When we moved in, our toilet didn't work, and it took them over a month to fix it. They forced us to move all of our furniture out of the master bedroom so they could jackhammer up the floor. They moved in neighbors above us, and the floor is so thin that it keeps us up at night when they move around. We can hear literally everything that goes on above us. When our neighbors use their dishwasher, it causes our sink to back up. Maintenance here doesn't know what they're doing. Management is in... such a hurry to fill these apartments, but once they get you they stop acting like they care about you. Lee mas

This place has really stepped it up! The new renovations are wonderful, the staff is incredibly kind and the manager really knows how to deal with the residents. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to move!

I initially was interested in living at Meridian at Hermitage because they had an open policy about dog breeds which was almost impossible to find in the Nashville/Hermitage Area. I was relocating from NJ to TN for a new job, I didn't have much time to find a new place to live or travel to Nashville prior to my move to check it out in person which is the worst mistake I could have made. When I applied I was given a date to move in which ended up being pushed back a month. I had already told my... current job this specific date I was leaving and had to go back and tell them my move in was postponed. A month passed by and when I finally arrived after driving for 2 days straight with my dog and belongings, I was given an apartment unit (B17) that had BED BUGS! I spent ONE night in the apartment and got bitten 30 times all over my body! I still have some of the scars on my legs from scratching the bites! When I discovered the apartment had bed bugs everywhere even on the ceilings, I immediately had to go get bags to protect my clothes and dogs bed etc while I went and got a u-Haul to put my belongings into storage and searched for another apartment at a different complex. I had already started at my new job and was also homeless for about a week because I refused to sleep another night in a bed bug infested apartment. Thankfully, I found a better place to live closer to my job in Nashville instead of being all the way out in Hermitage but the whole experience from day one dealing with Meridian was a disaster. I never dealt with Bed Bugs before but the ordeal really scars you not just physically but mentally as well. I was paranoid my belongings somehow might had been contaminated by them and took ALL my clothes to wash and dry just to be on the safe side I wouldn't move them with me to the storage unit or new apartment, which was an extra out of pocket expense. Even after I told them about the Bed Bugs from DAY 1 they said it would be a week before they can get the exterminator in the unit. End of Story, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM, YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Lee mas

These people seemed nice, probably just so they can get you to sign a lease, but the truth is once you do, they no longer care about you.
