I love it so far my move in experience was amazing the staff is great very knowledgeable the area is great the amenities are nice it’s clean and very nice

Worth every bit of what ask for rent and more. Me and my family are floored how elegant this place is. We feel like each and everyday we are on vacation and love that feeling. This was a major win for us as well from where came from and been. We have been talking it up and telling friends family and people about this place. We also love how take care tenants as well and what do for all us as well.

The move in process was smooth and the apartment is beautiful. The only thing is that the upstairs tenants are extremely loud at all hours every day and you can hear everything from the surrounding units.

First week here and I love it... I think we are one of the first people in our building. My only complaint is I really wish they would lay sod down. The rain is washing dirt everywhere and the weeds are getting tall. I get it's still somewhat under construction but the building is finished...they are just doing little work inside of the remaining apartments. There is no reason for the dirt and over growth of weeds in the area. Residents are now living in the building. It should be maintained as... such. Lee mas

Moving into Banners at Sterling Farms Apartments has been a wonderful experience from start to finish! From the very beginning, the leasing staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and patient with all of my questions. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which was a huge relief during such a big transition.On move-in day, everything was clean, well-prepared, and just as described. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and truly feels like home. I was impressed by how quiet... and peaceful the community is, and I feel very safe and comfortable here with my child.
The location is super convenient—close to everything I need but still tucked away in a nice, calm area. The amenities are well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and neighbors have been respectful and welcoming. It’s clear that management takes pride in keeping the property in great condition. I highly recommend Banners at Sterling Farms. I’m truly happy with my decision to make this my new home! Lee mas
