Do not rent here
This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. For one it always smells terrible outside because of how close it is to the water treatment plant.
The management is terrible. They are never in the office and barely ever answer the phone, so the only way to hope to get in touch with someone is through the ticketing system. Sadly even then issues will be marked fixed without any action being taken. The laundry rooms on the property have had broken washers/dryers since I have lived here.
If I... could go back in time I never would have moved in here
