My experience at this apartment has been okay overall. This apartment complex has been a decent living situation for my family and I - helping us keep a roof over our heads.

The people her are nice. Neighbors are very quiet and nice. It it very dog and cat friendly. Office people are are nice and will help you out this anything you need help with.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience living here so far, and to be honest, it has been frustrating since day one. The day I moved in, someone hit my car and then aggressively confronted me, even though they were at fault. Another time, I was simply getting out of my car when a neighbor rudely told me to wait until they left. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that people here can be extremely rude—but that’s not even my main concern.

Since I moved in just a month ago, the maintenance team... has already been in my unit six times because of constant issues. The toilet doesn’t work properly, the ceiling fan lost screws, and despite supposed pest control, there are still bugs. On top of that, the noise level is unbearable—I can hear everything from the next apartment, including my neighbor coughing every single day as if they were in my own unit. Lee mas

Staff are friendly however I had a lot of bugs in my apartment. The apartment helped by spraying bug spray however it wasn’t that effective.
