Deceiving

Pictures can be deceiving. Their mobile home park is more run down looking. Also? The website states that they have a laundry facility and a clubhouse---when they actually have NEITHER.

They do not honor their leases, increase rent at random and charge $100 to cut your grass without warning.

This is just the tip of the iceburg. STAY AWAY!!! (if zero stars were an option, it would still be too much)
