The office staff is extremely unprofessional! I was calling from out of town and had questions about the available apartments. The leasing agent acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking questions which were pretty standard being that I was calling from out of town AND given the fact that the information on the website about the units was INACCURATE.
I also scheduled a video tour on their website. They NEVER called me, or even sent me an email to let me know they need to cancel or... reschedule. That tells me all I need to know about what living at this property would be like if this is the lackadaisical attitude and level of unprofessionalism that I would have to deal with. No thank you!
I reached out to Trilogy directly to let them know about my experience. Hopefully they are reading some of these reviews as well!

Gauvin gave me a tour and he was great. He was very helpful and easy going. The apartments are beautiful with a lot to offer and the neighborhood seems nice.

The move in process was awful! Our unit was absolutely filthy. Everything is always breaking. Maintenance can’t seem to fix anything. All they do is patch things up rather than actually fixing the problem. When you tell them about an issue, they basically call you a liar and that there’s nothing wrong. There’s paint hanging off the outside of the buildings. We used to have security patrolling at night but that went away. A gate does not stop break in’s. They make you pay monthly for pest control... but they never come spray. I have never had an experience quite like this. When my lease is up, we’re gone! For this amount of money per month, customer service should be top notch. Unfortunately, it’s not.
