The Canopy 2200

This is the worse apartments I then lived in currently . They overcharge you . I then signed 3 leases dealing with them they will not tell you anything about the fees until it’s time to move in the first day ! & they also have very poor management & they are Very money hungry .

highly don't recommend to anybody, management is trash,rude and disrespectful. the maintaince men doesn't fix anything. since i been there,within the last few months it's been 3 property managers and none of them have lasted. they over charge for rent and it's not worth it. Please don't move there

Leasing office was burnt down, and within a day my air was out after the maintenance man was supposed to come and check my air twice and never did. Called Brookside properties twice to get someone to get me in touch with someone to fix my air and received no response, had to hunt down the maintenance man to even come look at my air. I have been in my apartment with record breaking heat with no air. I call and call and receive no response. I’ve also went into office twice, and on the second visit... was turned away and told I’m on a list to be fixed but can’t tell me when that will be. I cannot wait to move out of these apartments. they don’t want to fix anything. there’s this guy that cuss my father out and was very rude. we was supposed to have an electrician, but they keep bringing the same guy here. they’re very cheap. we asked for a NEW refrigerator, and they brought an old one from the vacant house.

Water bugs and roaches are rampant. Not able to put anything in cabinets. No amount of reporting and begging for help is heard or cared about. I would never recommend moving here. This is soooo wrong and what can be done???
