Vintage Gateway Apartments

A dead tree from my apartment complex fell on my car during a calm morning — no storms, no wind, just a decaying tree that should have been dealt previously. The damage was so severe that I’ll be without a car for over five weeks, and it’s significantly impacted my job and day-to-day life.

Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve received little communication from management about what their insurance is doing or what plans (if any) they have to address the other dead trees on the property.... It’s been beyond frustrating trying to get answers or even basic acknowledgment.

If this happens again, it will be entirely due to negligence. Lee mas

I continue to enjoy living at VG. The grounds are well maintained, and the current team handles business. I appreciate the timely responses and open communication for residents. Please fill in the pothole to the right of the main roundabout exit and update clubhouse soffit lighting and garage lightbulbs burning pink/purple. Mosquitoes are bad again (likely due to rain washing away the most recent spray). Thanks for all the team does to make us proud to call VG home!

We have had nice interactions with multiple residents and the neighbors are very quiet. We are enjoying our apartment. I love sitting out on the balcony in nice weather with my dogs.

The team is responsive and friendly. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance crew is top notch. The community is always undergoing improvements and the team welcomes feedback to continue investing in the residents and their community experience. The community is walkable and near all of the desireable shopping and dining in Murfreesboro.

Easy move in process. All the residents Ive encountered speak and seem very nice. The staff are fabulous!! I would definitely choose this complex again.
