Bed bugs and roaches

This place is infested with both bed bugs and roaches. There is also a lot of drug trafficking. The wall a\c unit barely blows out cool air and there was a big dip in the kitchen from a rotten floor board. The laundry mat is always filthy and full of spiders and other bugs because the door stays open. This place is disgusting

Awful Place To Live!

I would not recommend anyone to move to this complex.The saying "You Get What You Pay For" is definitely the case at this complex. There is no assigned parking,You usually can never find a parking spot.There are lots of people standing out drinking alcohol & smoking marijuana.They had my car towed saying it was parked in a fire lane & cost me 272.00 to get back. Then on top of that the place is BUG infested with insects I've never even seen before. I'm just ready for my lease to be up & im out... of here!!!

Caldwell

the apartment is not too bad on the inside, but it's no central air and there are individual heating controls in each room. The neighbors are really noisy and the building need to be reminded
