Everything in the apartment complex is always broken or subpar. Elevators are constantly broke, and trash chute is always backed up. I have gone multiple days without water or power due to building issues. The front door to the building is also broken so any person, resident or non resident, can enter the building at any time. On top of all these issues, they continuously raise rent and say it is 'luxury living' without delivering luxury services. I would also be weary of all the 5 star reviews... because they have a reward system that incentivizes giving good reviews.

We are so glad that you just renewed your lease with us and have brought your concerns to our attention. Our team works hard to ensure all problems that arise are fixed in a timely manner, nd that all concerns are addressed with the... why and/or with a solution.
Short term lease renewals will come at a higher premium. We have worked diligently with our revenue management team to ensure all rates are in line with the cost per square foot of the apartment and the individual features of each apartment. We also offer renewal incentives for full year lease terms.
We are happy to review your NES account with you to ensure all billing is in order and there are no issues with your apartment electricity.
