Do not live here!!!!!!
These apartments are extremely overpriced for what you get. Maintenance is lackluster, during the year that I lived here we had three pipe bursts in the bedroom closest to the "breezeway" (aka where all the AC compressors, furnaces, water heaters and water pipes are). We also had to endure the ceiling "dripping" in the living room, kitchen, and the bedroom above due to the steel duct work sweating in the humid summer months (and exacerbated by the heat and humidity in the breezeway. Several... neighbors had their entire ceilings collapse because of either pipe bursts or failure because of water leaks.
The windows are old and drafty, so in the summer you will feel the heat radiating through, or in the winter the cold. We had blackout curtains that helped keep the heat/cold contained to in the window, but without those a room will either be very hot or very cold depending on the time of year. The HVAC doesn't work well either.
The water pipes are polybutylene (polly b, the cheap stuff used in the 70s-90s that is notorious for failure), which isn't up to any code so I'm not even sure how the property has insurance.
Some of the electrical outlets are not grounded at all, and if you're in a two bedroom unit, both bedrooms are on the same circuit. There are no GFCI outlets or GFCI/AFCI breakers.
The included internet is shared wi-fi, which barely works and is shared between all residents, so you will see other people's devices, other people may mistakenly connect to your devices and stream things to them without your consent/interaction. In theory you can get your own internet from Xfinity, but you will probably get chewed out by the property manager if Xfinity disconnects the coax for the provided DirecTV receiver you probably won't use anyway.
They do not post accurate images of the units, so what you see on this site may not be what you get.
They do not have the units cleaned professionally between tenants. We moved into a unit that had stains on the walls in the kitchen/dining area and reeked of cat urine (which the property manager said was the "ozone machine"). We had to have professional cleaners come in after we moved in to clean the walls and remove the cat urine smell from the carpet.
Property manager is never in the office, barely answers the phone but will come running over in an emergency like a pipe burst, so that's good I guess.
Overall, do not stay here for any length of time. Not worth the time, energy or money.
