At least one guest must be 25 years or older. Guests are financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the rental period due to negligence or abuse. No smoking is allowed, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. No pets and no parties are allowed. As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area.
