Imperial Gardens Apartments

My sister lived here until she passed away. I also have other family members that live here as well. As a visitor, I have to say how quiet the complex is and the neighbors are very friendly. I am hoping to get a one bedroom here,as I have one month to vacate where I am now.

Like the below guy I've lived here three separate times they have completely clean this place up like he said there used to be a real bad roach problem and like him I haven't seen a single roach since I've been back and I think that's because of the new management actually keeping to the monthly bug spraying. I do like that now has hardwood floors. They also give you a washer and dryer combo unit so if you were starting out on your own it's a good starter apartment. People over here pretty much... keep to themselves which is good if you don't like nosy neighbors. They provide you with cable TV and internet as an amenity. Maintenance is a little slow to fix stuff over here but that's mainly because they have very few maintenance men and the dude is backlogged. It is definitely better than it was here a couple years ago. Also there is a pool that opens up for the summer months. About the most annoying thing is if you're on the front side there is a train like I want to say a thousand feet off the front side of the apartments so you if you get one of those buildings you're going to hear a train come through every once in awhile.
And also with these being hardwood floors you have to kind of walk on eggshells at night if you're downstairs neighbor works during the day. But other than that it's great. Lee mas

I have lived in this apartment complex three different times. It is under New Management which is way better than the old management. Renovated the apartments you now have an above stove microwave, hardwood floors which used to be carpet. Looks like they went through and cleaned out all of the air ducts which used to have black mole in them. And let's talk about bugs specifically roaches I haven't seen one and since I've been back here they've completely cleaned up the roach problem that these... apartments used to have. And believe me it was bad. One of the cooler amenities of the apartments is your cable and internet is provided by the apartment complex. I've had nothing but good interactions with the management over here... My one complaint is as of late it seems like it takes forever for them to get maintenance over here to fix an issue. Unless it's a maintenance emergency. Lee mas
