Newport Village

This was the worse apartment experience I have had in 40 years. The floors are rotted. I guess I was under the Cuban welcome center. 5 or 6 people would show up with mattresses, in a month or so, they moved into another unit in the complex. They ran a laundry business that was reported to the manager Savannah. It continued. She passed the water bills onto the other tenants. We received a bright pink notice on our door with two water bills that were over a hundred dollars. They were normally... about $30.When I provided a video of my upstairs neighbor shooting a crossbow over a number of tenants. She never responded. When brought up, she started yelling at me and kicked me out of the office. I had to involve the police to get the check for over $600 from her. Mayfield Management group will not respond to a dozen attempts in 8 months to reach them regarding the worthless bad check. Lee mas

I can only speak to 1 bedroom apartments. Walls are incredibly thin and you will hear noises you don't want to hear late into the nights. Property Management lacks professionalism and the overall experience is not at all worth the comparably over-priced units.
