This Place Is A Mess

Major Safety Concern
Substandard Living Conditions: Inside/around units we are experiencing on a daily basis. Several amenities included in our rent are currently unavailable and/or waiting to be repaired for months/years. This includes (Fire Pit, BBQ Grills, Outside Lighting that should provide some form of safety in most areas of the property. Pool is normally closed 2 months out the summer for repairs that should have been done months before... summer starts. The pool table doesn't have adequate pool sticks and have not been leveled over a year. Shuffleboard doesn't have the proper material to complete a game; this issue was brought to the PM's attention months ago. All amenities that are advertised on the property website cannot be used for some reason or another, which is 100% unacceptable, but yet residents are being charged and still being used to lower new residents into the property under false pretenses that they're useful. The common areas (hallways, stairwells, and trash areas) are consistently unaddressed. These are the things that we as residents have observed, which creates a UNHEALTHY Environment for all residents.
This property has had several vehicles that were either broken into or vandalized while the gates to the parking garage remained open for weeks, sometimes months at a time. Allen Police Dept is here every other night addressing some type of crime and residents are not informed. Several calls/text messages between residents concerned for their safety while inside and outside of their units are being sent around trying to figure out what is happening to the property. Entry doors are often broken and take months to repair. Exposed electrical wires have been observed!!! Only upside to this property is Trey & Kayla!!!!!
