When we first moved in, we had part of the ceiling that bulged in and started leaking when it rained. Maintenance was called out to fix the outside roof and we were told it was fixed and that they would fix the inside portion. The roof was not fixed as it continued to leak and maintenance had to come back to fix it because it wasn't the first time. When they fixed the inside ceiling, they left a mess of caulk and paint that splattered all over our stuff underneath where they worked. Had some... neighbors who would constantly smoke weed that could be smelled through the vents and have dogs that are not on leashes. The complex sends out texts and emails saying "Please don't do it" but nothing ever changed in the year time span we lived there. They also spam your phone with messages not related to you all and then message everyone saying "Oops disregard that!" as if they have a glitchy system that can't properly message the right people. Also can't seem to keep their gates fixed. Over the course of the year they would fix the gates only for them to stop working several weeks later over and over again. The apartment complex next to them joked with us they were asking for donations to fix their fences and I kind of believe it. Lastly they wanted us to keep paying for the electric in the unit even after we had moved out and would keep our security deposit if we didn't. Granted we broke lease early and had a few weeks left of our lease term but still. What are we paying for if we're not in the unit? Air? Definitely seems like a they want to keep as much of your money as they can without spending their own. Lee mas

I have lived here for more than 5 years. I like it, it is a quiet and beautiful area. The maintenance service is excellent, they don't take long to fix your problem. The office staff is very attentive and willing to help in any situation.

I’ve lived in this property for 3 years. Staff and maintenance crew are nice and attentive. They have community events from pizza night to breakfast in the morning. Grounds are kept neat and tidy and love the court yard for outdoor time. Would recommend to anyone looking.
