Agave Falls

I’ll be living here for 7 years. And this has been the worse management that we had. I went to the office and asked them to send pest control. They had me waiting a week. To tell would not send pest control. Because they don’t want to spend money. During that week the rat got in to the couch and I lost it. Plus the dog got infected by the rat. It got in to her food too. So I have to buy the food again, take the dog to the vet. And throw away the couch. I’m leaving the dogs food in my girlfriend... car. Because is expensive, and I don’t want to lose it again. I’m scared for my safety and my family. Lee mas

Management has been on top of things,which I really like.Maintance has been taking care of things in a timely manner,and if it is going to take a while,they come back and take care of the problem .Thanks to everyone.

Sometimes when I ask maintenance to come by it does take a while but they eventually come. Sometimes the people who work in the office are not very friendly. The staff rotates so much so the energy ebb and flows. It would

I’ve really enjoyed living here. Nearly a year. I’ve used the pool during the summer and attended a few of the events put together by the leasing office staff. Haven’t had the chance to use the gym because all the equipment was broken, but I believe it’s all currently being fixed. Considering renewing after my 18 month lease ends this summer.
My only complaint is the arrangement of the “Reserved” parking spots- I do wish they were separated equally amongst the buildings.
