Bridge at Center Ridge

Great community and management but the apartments themselves are subpar.

The appliances are outdated and falling apart. Our microwave had a large crack in the door when we moved in and was fixed with super glue and the burners on the stove were never cleaned or replaced. We called maintenance because the door to the oven would not close all the way and seemed off center. They told us the door was fine, the oven was just tilted and to ignore it.

The walls are super thin. We can hear neighbors... talking, dogs barking, and babies crying all around us at all times. Lee mas

These apartments suffered greatly during the ice storm. Management provided no help whatsoever. I paid for hotel costs out of pocket during a time of great loss and had my repairs delayed 3 separate times. I slept in my closet with a wall full of freezing ice for weeks as they continued delaying things. They pay for nothing. If you have an issue, they do everything they can to find a reason to make you pay THEM more money... without doing any work. They claim they email or text you when they... need to do mandatory inspections, but they don't. I never have missed e-mails or calls and I can see them on caller ID in my e-mail history. They forget and then just show up with a key and break in whenever they feel like. If your dog runs out, too bad. They don't care. Whatever makes their lives easier and most profitable is what they'll always do. Every interaction with management and maintenance is always a problem and an inconvenience. Lee mas

Amazing maintenance team--they are prompt and efficient. Raul in the leasing office is great, too! I love our community.

I really love living in this community. The property is beautiful and my apartment was above and beyond my expectations when I moved in. The staff is really pleasant to work with. They made the whole process really clear and simple.

I've lived here 2 years and I've been really happy, planning to renew again! Even during COVID, they've had really fun and unique resident events that have been virtual and some that are social distanced. Like free food trucks, virtual bingo, and they've even brought goodies to my door! Maintenance is so good and fast, everything done the same day and the office staff is really friendly and goes out of their way to help with whatever questions I have. My apartment is really clean and quiet and a... really good price, especially compared to the other apartments around us. I highly recommend my apartments to everyone! Lee mas
