Bridge at Southpark Meadows

I loving living at IMT Southpark. The staff and maintenance team are all extremely welcoming and helpful. They are quick to respond and accommodate in any way they can. The location is ideal - close to shopping, many restaurants, and grocery stores. I would recommend this community to anyone!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at this property. I can say that this is the most welcoming and friendly staff and maintenance team that I’ve ever encountered. This place is more like a college dorm than an apartment complex. Called and complained about parties going on all through out the week at all times of the night and nothing has been done. Seems like everyone is smoking pot as well. Walk into my apartment and 9 out of 10 times it reeks of pot from the downstairs college kids. It not just the kids below it's all throughout the building. So, I guess if your a college student that wants to party all the time, this is the place to be. If you have a... family I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere. Lee mas

Where should i start, first of all the other reviews that i read are very true !! I've had some bad experiences also living here, I regret moving into this apartments, I will surely be moving out as soon as my lease is up!! I live in a first floor unit, the residents in the second floor above ours have two big dogs and are very noisy, especially at night when I am trying to sleep, and the residents on the third floor are always partying and loud on weekends. I already complained about this to... the supposedly "property management" to no avail, I also called the supposedly "courtesy officer" and left a message which he nor Statewide Patrol answered my call !! They charge you for trash valet and want you to recycle, but when I moved in here they would supply you with recycling plastic bags and they stopped supply these bags, they told me that they were working on supplying them again, I gave up on asking for them. They don't train their leasing personnel properly as to the lease contract policy and regulations, they don't input the correct information into their computer data which lead to future problems !! To say it all, the management and staff are NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They charge you an arm & a leg to live here, but as soon as you sign the lease they don't care about you as they say they do and forget about you. I would think twice about moving in here if you are looking at these reviews. Lee mas

Sure this may look like a nice complex, but it does not attract nice people. There's constant noise, which I mean it is a apartment complex, but when you don't report other people to the office for being too loud or try not to complain about things they come to your door with a noise complaint... This is the trashiest complex I've lived in, people don't clean up after their dogs, are noisy, and have no common courtesy and when you're none of those things the other residents want to be hypocrites... and report you for having a dog playing. News flash, you allow dogs and have no weight limit. If you like to live somewhere where you have to be careful to step in the grass due to dog poop, there are beer bottles on the ground everywhere, parking is a nightmare, and your neighbors are inconsiderate and hypocritical please sign a lease, otherwise do not waste your money on this horrible complex.
