Bridge at Terracina

We've been here now for almost 2 years.
The front office has always been prompt and informative with things going on! We signed up for the emails and text messages so we always know when there will be a fire alarm check, when the office is closed, and when they'll open the pool!
The Terracina has this cool thing the "Go Life Team" and they do things to keep us involved as a community such as: Pizza Day they gave out free pizza, Mothers Day they had a table set up for muffins with mom, around... Halloween we have a Halloween party, and don't forget the Christmas Light Contest where the winner won $100!
One thing I think is awesome is how hard their maintenence team works. They have an after hours line and they work weekends as well as being on call on ALL holidays. We've had a toilet that my kids clogged and flooded and within a few hours on the weekend Joe and Mario were there to save us!
When the Great Freeze happened Joe was out here delivering water, salting the stairs for laundry, and helping to ensure our plumbing didn't go out. I saw him out there everyday even when I didn't see anyone else here. The maintenence team is truly dedicated.
We have enjoyed our time here at the Terracina and love the little upgrades they've done throughout the years. Lee mas

I am a past resident and had a package delivered there. The staff was so helpful and sweet. They went above and beyond for me.

Very impressed with the storage and newer upgrades. Office staff is very helpful and maintenance comes out in the middle of the night to deal with emergencies.

Huge bedroom and living room. Lots of room. Great management team and staff. Quick repairs when needed. Needs to be a little more attentive to picking up trash around the community but you have everything you need so take the tiny bad with all the great stuff!
