Experience is going down

Really sad our renewal rent offer is higher than the new renter's rent. Feel our loyalty didn't get rewarded.

My mail with a really important document inside got put into someone else's mailbox, but the manager refused to send out a message to the building and help us. We ended up printing out 300 flyers and got our mail back.

Anyway our experience this year has gone down quite a bit. Would probably just move out.
