Modera EaDo Apartamentos

I recently moved into this community, and I have to say the entire move-in process was incredibly smooth and easy. From the moment I first inquired about the apartment to the day I picked up my keys, the staff was responsive, professional, and welcoming. Everything was clearly communicated ahead of time, which made the entire process stress-free.

On move-in day, the apartment was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as promised. The leasing team made sure I had everything I needed and even... followed up afterward to ensure I was settling in okay. It’s not often you experience that level of care and attention to detail, and it definitely made a positive first impression.

So far, living here has been great. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located. I’m looking forward to calling this place home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth transition into a new apartment. Lee mas

I just want to give the entire team their flowers, especially Gabby, the office manager, who was incredibly kind and supportive during a recent financial hiccup. Every single person I’ve interacted with here, from the leasing office to maintenance, has been so understanding, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful; a rarity these days. That alone makes Modera EaDo feel like home.

The property itself is beautiful. The amenities are next-level, the units are modern and well-designed, and the... neighborhood is peaceful and tucked away in the best way. Yes, you may hear the occasional footstep, but that’s apartment living. Throw down a rug, decorate your space, and you’ll hardly notice. It’s well worth it for the overall experience.

Also, the community here is great, the people are friendly and warm, and there are so many dogs. Like, so many. Cute dogs everywhere. It’s honestly one of my favorite parts of living here.

This property is just amazing. From its amenities to their leasing team I’ve been pleased. The new community manager has reached out to make sure I’m comfortable and it is just a nice way of showing how much they care. Thank you so much for all you do!! BTW; their resident events have gotten better and better every time.

This place is great! We love the dog park and all the amenities. All the people are nice!
