I love my apartment and the amenities, but parking is becoming a huge issue. Parking spaces are definitely not enough for the whole building and early evening ALL parking spaces are taken.

management has a habit of overpromising and under delivering. We were promised monthly events when i moved in now theres an event once in a blue moon.

Everything is fresh, clean, and aesthetically pleasing! There’s a ton of amenities to make use of that I can tell lots of residents actively do use. I’m excited to live here!

My fiancé and I have toured 5 different apartments including Modera and by far, I had the best welcoming and informative session here. Eli was super friendly and helpful throughout the tour and was ACTUALLY excited to show us the floor plans and the amenities. For our other apartment tours, I felt as if they were not excited and really didn’t care if we signed or not, which I understand given it’s just a job. But Eli’s attitude helped us to be confident in this apartment.
Amenities looked great... , especially the gym (private rooms in the gym is never heard of in my opinion)! As for floorplans, we looked at several one beds and one two bedroom plan. Even one bed could be big enough for two people with a lot of storages. Also love the modern finishes.
Will be moving in end of this month and will update my review later!

The community is fantastic and units are very well kept and spacious. The leasing office team is top notch and really work really hard to make you feel at home. Would highly recommend
