I've been a resident of Sentral East Austin apartments at 1630 East 6th Street for over a year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

From the moment I stepped into the building, I was impressed by the modern design and the vibrant atmosphere. The location is absolutely perfect, placing me right in the heart of Austin's lively East 6th scene, with easy access to amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

The apartments themselves are stunning, with high-quality finishes and... thoughtful layouts. The amenities are fantastic, and the building is well-maintained. It's immediately clear that Sentral prioritizes resident comfort and satisfaction.

However, what truly made my move-in seamless and enjoyable was the exceptional assistance I received from property manager Alexa, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were truly remarkable. She made the entire process stress-free, and I felt welcomed and valued as a resident from day one.

Alexa's attention to detail and proactive communication were outstanding. Any concerns or requests I had were addressed immediately, and she consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing top-notch service. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help made a significant difference in my transition to Sentral.

Been living here for a few years now and highly recommend. Great location and walking distance from anything you’re looking for. Maintenance is helpful and quick to respond and same goes from the front office assistance, shout-out Alexa for all the help!

This has been my first experience moving, and every step of the way Alexa from the leasing office has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and laid out for me. Additionally she has had incredible patience with me as I try to figure out every new thing I need to contend with or figure out and get back to her with. From the renter's insurance to the internet service, she has had a recommendation for everything I could possibly need. I originally booked a short term stay and ended up leasing a long term apartment with MaryHelen! The staff are so helpful and friendly and there are lots of stores and restaurants to walk to! Highly recommend for short and long term.

i’ve been in austin for about 5 months, and i’ve been staying here for about 2 months . this is the first place i’ve truly felt comfortable. the girls downstairs have been more than helpful throughout this experience.
