The Belmont Apartamentos

The noise from people above me is unacceptable. Everyday which make it uncomfortable being in the comfort of my home. The broke gate which gives anyone access to get in. The elevators being broke 2/3 days at a time instead of having an emergency company to fix that same day.
The people that leave trash outside their door, in the parking lot and spills coming off the elevator on the first floor. Residents need to be held accountable for their actions or I see these apartments going downhill if... nobody recognize or take action quick. LEASE VIOLATION will fix these problems for the ones that do respect the property and their place of living. Lee mas

I'm very comfortable in my apartment. As a suggestion, I can mention that there's a need for benches and chairs in the playground area. It's also somewhat inconvenient not to have access to the living room.
