The apartment is well maintained. There can be individual parking spots alloted to everyone. The location of the apartment is so good. Makes it easy to go to all the prime places.

. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants, which made daily life more manageable. The building itself was mostly quiet, and I rarely had issues with noise from neighbors. However, there were a few minor drawbacks—maintenance was sometimes slow to respond to requests, and the heating system could be inconsistent during colder months. Despite these small issues, the management team was generally polite and professional. I’d recommend... this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to live

The apartment is well maintained. It is located in such a prime location. Since it is located in a prime location, we are able to access everything easily.

Great location. I love hiking the lake, but recently there is a branch of a big tree is about to fall near the lake trail. Not sure what to do. Hoping it is not fall on to someone's head. Some Neighbour play loud music at weekend after 11 pm

The Estate on Quarry Lake is a beautiful, quiet, friendly community that is conveniently located close to many restaurants, schools, and shops. The management is very responsive and super friendly, and maintenance is top rate. I look forward to extending my residence here.
