After living at this complex for 4 years I've notice how this complex is slowly going in the wrong direction. I'm giving 4 star because of the amount of times management switch off. The 1st and 2nd year was superb but seems like paying more and more for rent and added fees that I wasn't paying before. The apartment itself is really spacious. Love the gym very big compared to other apartment gyms. Neighbors i had were very friendly. The pool could be better as the water is always uncomfortably... warm. Maybe put a shade covering would help. I think the location is great and love the restaurants nearby that are walkable. However doors could be fixed and see cracks in walls starting to form in the building after the 4th year. I've been living here since it was 1st built so maintaining this complex with the company now was probably the lowest priority on thier money making list. I would've stayed 1 more year but life gave me a house and moved on.
