The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. The staff is ABSOLUTELY Amazing here!!! Ally was so thoughtful behind the scenes keeping in constant communication with me as I planned my move. Vickie made sure my move in was seamless, quick, and everything was ready to go. She is on top of this community and she went above and beyond to make my experience a remarkable one. A HUGE shout out to Josh for his prompt and professional attention to detail!!! So fast and always with a smile,... thank you!
Arboleda exceeded my expectations and I’m so grateful to call this my new home!

Great place with everything nearby!! Don’t complain if your Heb, Costco and Target expenses go high!! ;-)

I just moved in 9 days ago and the process was very smooth with the help of Ally in the office. She is wonderful! I know it’s really early on but my first impression was great. My only concern so far is my apartment is very cold. There is a draft coming in from somewhere. I have to keep the heat on non stop so I’m a little concerned about my electric bill. The intake for the AC/Heat is in the little dining area and it’s a little loud so I have to turn my tv up when it comes on to accommodate... for it. Other than that I don’t have any complaints. The grounds here are beautiful and well taken care of. Overall it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s close to many of the places I frequent too. I feel like the rent is comparable to other places unless you are wanting something brand new. Then you should expect to pay a little more.

Location is amazing but that’s about all it has going for it. I lived there for a long time before experiencing several management changes. Things went downhill after that. Big Texas freeze broke pipes in every building. Broken gates ALWAYS. They fix it and then the next day it’s broken. Mailboxes were broken into on a weekly basis. Package lockers rarely work. Complex is close to 20 years old. You will hear your neighbors guaranteed from walking across the floors, big fights, and even... experiences that should stay in the bedroom. Good luck and Godspeed if you’re thinking about living here.
