Love the place. No comments. Good management and events and the prices are great. Maintence is also very quick and finish everything in a timely manner

I have really enjoyed living at campus villages so far. The staff are very nice and never complain about the million packages they have to go fetch for me

Best experience living here, had to renew. all the amenities here are great and the apartment is such a great distance to the school. It makes it easy to access. Specially, the bus that’s extremely close that takes you straight to campus

Living here has been a really positive experience so far. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a huge difference, and the overall property is kept in good condition.

Another thing I appreciate is the community. The people here are friendly and welcoming, which makes it easy to feel at home.... It’s nice to see neighbors who are respectful and willing to help out, and the staff is always approachable and willing to answer questions.

It is a great place and i like how quiet it is while also being close to tamu campus. I also like how there is no parking garage and just an open lot instead.
