From the process to the move in to us finally settling in, it has been an amazing experience. The two ladies Kris and Sandra have been very sweet kind and understanding. Great communication and love that they go above and beyond to get a solution and it be resolved. I highly recommend this is a big upgrade from our last.

When my family first moved into our apartment, things were great. It was quiet and a really wonderful place to live. Things have changed since then. First of all, the upstairs have hardwood floors. If you live on the bottom floor, do not expect any peace and quiet, ever. If you have children, do not expect them to be able to sleep, ever. Even with a sound machine on at full blast, our children are still woken up during nap times and several times a night. Do not expect any of the community rules... to ever be enforced. Neighbors doing drugs, nothing is done. Neighbors fighting, nope, nothing. (Security works for the CCPD and they never enforce anything either, IF they respond to your calls in the first place.) Neighbor above has 4 plus dogs that are aggressive and batk nonstop even when the people are at home, nope! Nothing is done. It doesn't matter if you are a long time resident who pays on time each and every month. The staff is horrible, except for the maintenance. The office staff do not respond to your complaints. They will not enforce the rules. You pay extra for covered parking and other people park in your spot, nothing is done. Take it from a long time resident, keep looking. People are leaving as soon as they can. Lee mas

The apartment itself is beautiful. High ceilings and crown moldings. Large garden tub. Large walk-in closet with plenty of space for clothing, linen shelf and storage. Wonderful kitchen that looks in to living and dining areas with washer/dryer nook. Coat closet at entry door. Carpet, faux wood and faux tile flooring. Spacious bedroom. Plenty of parking and safety of gated entry and exit.

Common areas include lushly landscaped pool area with lounge chairs, club room with wi-fi, 24hr gym, off... leash fenced bark park, and small washeteria.

For the most part the staff is very friendly with the occasional bad apple. I have encountered one dishonest staff member and that is the reason I will be leaving the complex when my lease is up and the reason I was only able to rate 3 stars. I believe honesty goes a long way and if I get lied to I become unhappy. Lee mas
