Worst management
Management changed. The new staff is rude. My dryer went out at the ends of November and when I submitted my request, it wasn't even looked at until December. The dryer was fixed until Feb. Instead of being understanding or offering some sort of sympathy, Terri said it was the residents loading it too heavy. After attempting to fix my dryer. They finally changed my washer/dryer unit completely then that one failed too so they fixed the new one. The new one (taken from another unit) is noisy and... she said "you're not going to complain about a little noise right?" My bathroom ceiling had a leak since November. Maint came over and said there's nothing there. Fast forward to April, there was a leak and they finally fixed it. I asked for a corporate contact so I can speak on several issues and it has been a couple days, no word on corporate. They DONT like kids and that could be the neighbors complaining so I'm sure it's not all the management. They would play ball in front of the parking lots but they advised for our kids to enjoy the pond with a walking trail. A WEEK LATER, they go put DUCKS back there. Kids are kids, they will be curious and attracted to those animals. Now we are being harassed because our kids are "bothering" the ducks. But like Courtney the assistant manager said "just take them to the park." I went in the office to talk to Courtney and I do have that recorded. She couldn't take a hard conversation because I used cuss words. She called the clown courtesy officer that by the way doesn't even respond to our calls about people beating each other upstairs. Oh and you can't have a second car! They forced me to get a $150 garage that I have to walk all the way back to. SMH. On top of that 9-15k to get out of my lease. This property is a joke.
