Never lived in such a poorly managed "Luxury" apartment
I can't believe how poorly managed this place is. It's less than a year old and things are constantly breaking:
- Elevator was out for over a month
- Garage door broke itself and the only way to enter was have another car open the exit door
- All "public" keyless entry doesn't work when we lose power, including the garage and all entry doors
- Wi-fi constantly drops and we have to pay for the building's wi-fi rather than choosing our own
And when problems occur, there's been so many... management companies in the last 6 months that I have no idea who to call. Sometimes the community manager doesn't even answer when you do find the right number.
It's giving broke vibes for the owner and management. How embarrassing.
