If I could give Lennox West Village Apartments zero stars, I would. Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a property management team.
Since moving in seven months ago, I’ve faced numerous issues—but the most recent one takes the cake. My HVAC system has been broken and blowing hot air for over a week, and despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, making countless calls to the leasing... office, and even contacting the emergency maintenance number, I’ve received no actual help.
They scheduled someone from emergency maintenance to arrive at 9:00 AM one morning—and it was a complete no-call, no-show. No follow-up. No apology!
This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s negligence. We’re talking about basic livable conditions, and management simply does not care. The leasing office staff seem more concerned with avoiding responsibility than assisting their residents. Once you sign the lease, you’re completely on your own.
And this isn’t a one-time issue—this is a pattern of mismanagement. If you're considering moving here, please reconsider. This place is not worth the headache, the frustration, or the blatant lack of professionalism and decency from this management team.
You deserve better!

That is not the standard of service we aim to provide at Lennox West Village.
