Incredible service and amazing place!!

This is one of the most diligent complexes I’ve ever had the opportunity to tour and lease with! Everyone is so communicative and respectful. The property manager, Aly, was so knowledgeable and kind!! 10/10 recommend!

Location is prime. Resident events are a new concept to me. I will probably renew as long as increase isn't crazy.

Satisfied choice

I am pretty new to the Dallas area so we had used a couple apartment finders to help us locate an apartment. Our main concerns were safety and handicapped friendly. I have had a ton of medical issues so we knew we would need a 1st floor or elevator access and hopefully in a garage. I didn’t really have high hopes because other properties we looked at were a bust but this one really had everything we needed. The leasing agent at the time was extremely friendly and helped us with all of our... questions. We needed to wait a couple months before we leased but the management team was very understanding. Now we have been living at the property for almost a year and I absolutely love it. Everyone is extremely friendly and it makes for such a pleasant place to live.

Thank you guys for all of the things you've been doing

It's so nice to live somewhere that has things going on for us to meet our neighbors. We've made so many friends in our time here. Samantha is always so nice and helpful. True gem that girl. The maintenance guys are amazing and the new manager seems sweet. Thank you guys for all of the things you've been doing. It doesn't go unnoticed and is very much appreciated.

Thank you uptown at cole park

I honestly would say they are the best !!! I have been living here for a year and half and I just signed a Second lease. There great any time you come down to visit there great they take time to answer your questions if you have any problem they will work will you . If they know that you are going threw things they will do there best and go above and beyond for their clients here . If you have any maintenance problem they answer fast they don’t want 3 or 4 days to solve the issue. Even when I... got lock out of my apartment it took them not even 30 mins to fit the issue. I really wanna say thank you for all that you guy’s do I really appreciate it . Thank you for making it great here and alley is the best !!!????
