Waterford at Bellmar

My experience with this apartment complex has been extremely frustrating. I was promised a $300 discount if I moved in by a certain date, which was crucial for me since I was in financial hardship. I chose this apartment over another option because of the discount. When I received the lease agreement, the discount wasn’t included, but management reassured me that it would be applied at the time of payment, so I signed the lease.

After moving in, I was told the discount wouldn’t apply. The... management is unprofessional and seems to do whatever it takes to get you to sign the agreement, but once you do, they don’t even want to deal with you. Everyone I’ve spoken to is tired of dealing with this management. The apartment itself is fine, but I cannot recommend this place because of the dishonest and negligent management. Lee mas

Crappy apartments with bugs everywhere and they tow residents

Aside from the property being newly renovated to look and feel and great, and the location being close to everything, and the neighborhood being safe and drama free with extra security. The staff takes this property over the top. From the moment you walk into the facilities, you feel welcomed. And if any problem should arise the staff goes out of their way to help you solve it. Paulina is the sweetest person! Even my dog loves her. I haven't had a lot of issues but when something comes up they are right on it. And they always call you to confirm you are satisfied. The buildings are older and remodeled. To me that's what makes it so wonderful. They just don't make buildings like they use to. I love that the walls are strong and well insulated. Noise is not a problem ever. The apartments I moved from were only about 5 years old and they were flimsy. You could shut the... font door and hear the walls rattle. And you could hear every footstep the upstairs neighbors made.
I hope to make Waterford my home for many years. I am recently divorced and have always fantasized about living in a beautiful town-home and that is what I am doing now. This feels truly like home to me. I"m so glad they had a town-home style available when I was looking.
Even the neighbors are very nice. No partying that I've been aware of and always so friendly and waves at you. I can't say enough about how much this property satisfies everything I've ever wanted from a "home". Thank you office staff and most especially Paulina. This is a wonderful community and within walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc... Just lovely Lee mas

Before the were run down but now they are fantastic great community.
