Chic, modern, and affordable!

Alza Dwellings is such a cool place to live at! It is located right on the mountain and my apartment view overlooks the city! I am obsessed! The prices are extremely reasonable with all the amenities they offer! They even have a yoga studio and a restaurant. This property reminds me a lot of my old apt in Chicago. I am new to El Paso and after 2 weeks of apartment hunting I decided to apply and move here. Mariana is super nice and is always willing to help me with anything. Melissa was very... helpful at the time of picking up keys and answered all my questions. I made a great choice coming here! Thank you Alza Dwellings team! :)

Great place!

I was looking for a two bedroom Apartment and Leslie gave me a tour of the property. She was vey helpful and informative

Work from home? Don’t move here

This place has great views and the appliances are nice plus wood flooring!
But if you depend on internet for personal life or work this is not the place for you.
Wifi is shared through out the apartment complex causing major congestion and slowing down speed. Gaming or streaming don’t even think about it.

Easy & Beautiful

This place is amazing! In one day, I called, signed my lease and moved in. The property manager, Paola, was so intentional about making sure I was taken care of well. Another man who works in maintenance personally showed me rooms and gave me information about each one then made moving in so easy! Had such a good attitude and really took pride in his work.

The place is new and beautiful. You can see the whole city from the second floor yet it’s so high up that it still feels peaceful
