Apartments are over priced especially in relation to square footage and amenities (1 bedroom 1 bath same cost of a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome with a parking spot), office staff unwilling to work with residents (not very knowledgeable and am positive won’t get any of my deposit back since a ton of issues will likely be found), office does not follow through (had a walk through with pictures in December to see about about moving to a bigger unit and never heard back regarding it. Also I had to go... down to the office to fetch the office employee for the scheduled walkthrough the second time since she missed the first time), windows are not sealed properly letting dust easily in during dust storms, black mold hidden in bathroom with caulk, sprinklers don’t work so grass is dried out out, structure of building itself not stable (had an earthquake that shifted my top floor and you can see the outline in the dry wall), not near many business or places for fun (jails are the street over), people leave dog poop everywhere and trash, pools always closed due to residents apparently, maintenance will enter home even when you request them not to, apartments will schedule “mandatory” viewing of apartment for owners without consent if your unit is chosen. Not worth renting here. Happy I am moving. Lee mas

everyone here is super nice! we have applied and the management is amazing and have been super up to speed with us! really hope we get this space, no better place we could be!

These apartments are the worst ever. They literally don't change anything, everything is really old. My stove buttons always come off all of them, my sink faucet is broken and they haven't replaced it, they just come and put it back like WE CAN LITERALLY DO IT BY OURSELVES this is the third time this happened. we need a new one!!, but OF COURSE to save money they don't do it. Fridge is broken, missing parts. Floors were with water damaged they're like wood but fake. Carpets were nasty since we... came here they had pee on them, we used a uv light and saw all the spots from previous tenants pretty sure. My control remote to open the gate is always with problems. I asked for a new one and they gave me the same (I check the numbers on the back) just to be clear. People even vandalized the pool so we don't have pool until new further notice.
Save your money and find another place to live. There's more and more coming up from everywhere. Lee mas

I had an amazing experience living here for 2 years. The staff is literally great which is hard to find. The apartments are awesome and the apartment community is great. Super dog friendly which was a major plus for me. One of the best living experiences in El Paso.

When my wife and I moved to El Paso two years ago, we looked at several apartment complexes before choosing BHE. We have been very pleased with our stay.

The grounds are cared for, the front service staff is friendly, and management is attentive to our needs. When we have an issue with the apartment, it is managed promptly and we have never had a maintenance person act rudely or put out by our requests.

We particularly like the consistent controls on pool access, gate access, package holds,... and the occasional pet sitting. It speaks to management’s care for the property and its tenants. BHE wants a safe and secure environment and delivers.

On a personal note, my wife and I love all the personnel in the office. The office is helpful, consistent and well-run. And I don’t want to forget about the occasional free pizza, wine tastings (BYO and share) and parties. Starbucks to boot! Lee mas
