Emerald Garden Apartments

The manager is never there. She ignores phone calls and notes in the drop box. The maintenance man doesn’t know what he’s doing. Lived here for 2 years and it was terrible.

This lady is beyond rude she claims to be a Christian woman yeah right she has a complaint about everything possible she is rude, dishonest, I recommend everyone to stay away from renting here until new management comes in the need to get rid of her ASAP she is never around not helpful one bit it would be a great place if she wasn’t a part of management that is this place downfall

I was told bymanager she would be in at 9am for me to move in. 9am no manager. Return at 10am no manager as the sign on the door stated that's when she would return. Not only was this my 2nd time, but this was also the satellite guys 2nd time to come by. I knocked on several residents door & was informed the manager is always late or they know she's in the office bc the blinds will be open. 1 guy actually informed me the manager lives on site & pointed me in that direction. She never answered... the door. Finally around 11:15am she arrived & when I questioned why she was late ahe stated she did not have to report to me or anyone else. I stated when someone has paid their $ & has hired movers yes u do have to report as to why you are late. Needless to say the manager stated "why don't we just cancel this whole process." I was returned my money order that was for the deposit. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Lee mas

I went to go and see a 2 bedroom and they have NEW appliances, new carpet, flooring, and fresh 2 tone paint. The apartments are clean and the property looks clean and quiet. the pool is clean too. The manager is really helpful and nice. She speaks Spanish too. I would recommend this place.
