The apartment was decent overall. The location was convenient, and it had most of the basic amenities I needed. However, there were a few issues that impacted my stay — some minor maintenance problems and occasional noise. It wasn't terrible, but it also didn't quite meet all my expectations. With a few improvements, it could be a much better experience.

Comfortable Living and Great Location!
I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and has a cozy feel. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or small maintenance requests. I also appreciate the quiet surroundings and the convenient location—close to everything I need. Overall, a great place to call home!

I've been living there for 3 years. Maintenance has always been timely and professional. I can reach management when I need to. The after hours people actually will call you back if it's an emergency. Overall, I had a good experience living here. To be honest, the only negative thing is too many smokers on the balcony. It's hard for me to leave my windows open but overall very good experience
