The absolute worst

I wouldn't even recommend these apartments to a homeless person if they offered them free room and board. I lived in this complex for 3 years, and every year I told myself it would get better, only for it to get worse and worse. If I could give them -0 stars I would. Talk about slumlords! Lets get into it:

1. Roaches, I don't care how clean you are, you will have roaches and maybe even ants if you're lucky.
2. Mold. It's like...maybe they think if they ignore it, it will go away. I discovered...
my closet was covered in black mold as I was preparing to move out. How did it get there? Because maintenance is TRASH and only fix what the eye can see, if you're lucky, they'll come at all.
3. My vehicle was vandalized, window shattered, tires flattened, and no I don't live a dramatic life. They have a security booth as a prop I guess, because in the 3 years I was there, I never saw security lol.
4. Lazy, everyone is just pure lazy.
5. Inconsistent employees, either people didn't want to work there or they fired people for anything, either way, expect to see someone new every 3months.
6. I won't say my exact unit, but it is in building 900. Mold, they probably painted over it, but I guarantee one of those units has a terrible mold issue, be precautious and take your health seriously.
7. They don't really care about the tenants until you go to the city about them.
8.Maintenace will literally have a picnic before they decide to do work.
9. Puddles and water build up on the sidewalks and people don't pick up after their dogs, even with designated areas, its not enforced.
10. PAPER . THIN . WALLS, FLOORS AND CEILINGS. You may as well live in a box

If its all you can afford, sleep in your car or stay with family/friends till you come up, cause they aren't worth the respiratory issues and stress they come with. Oh, and be careful with trash, the raccoons run all the dumpsters and the ants will have a field day. I'm so happy my family is away from there, worse first time renters experience EVER.

Horrible place, stay away!

Roach infested, old appliances, rude staff who don't care about their job. Its not worth the lower price. The walkways are full of trash and cigarette butts. They get flooded in the rainy season and you can't even make it to your home without slipping in filthy mud. No one cleans up after their dogs...poop everywhere. The maintenance guys aren't just rude, they are inefficient. They put a bandaid on a bullet wound. My AC was broken for months. My kitchen full of bugs no matter how much you... clean. There are homeless people who sometimes sleep in the laundromat and gym so you can't even use them at night or early morning. If you work late walking home is scary if you're a woman because the TRE station brings in homeless people. We've reported ALL to management without response or attempt to change. All they want is your money... they'll evict you quickly, though. My neighbor with 3 toddlers got evicted on friday night! We had to bring her in and a neighbor took her in that night. They couldn't wait until the next morning! Regina from the office is the rudest person I know! Seriously, no joke... run.
