DO NOT MOVE HERE
Move-in was a disaster from the start. No one showed up to the office on my scheduled move-in day. I waited hours before a leasing agent (who wouldn’t stop complaining about being there on her day off) finally helped me. They tried to get me to sign the lease before even seeing the unit, and after pushing back, I found out the unit had roaches—something they claimed was being treated, but clearly wasn't.
Everything about the leasing process was chaotic and unprofessional. It was supposed to be... digital but ended with me signing a 70-page paper lease only to redo it online anyway. I didn’t even get to move in until 4:30pm, and my first night there I discovered a full-blown infestation. Roaches were crawling around my bed, on my dog’s bed, and trying to get into the dog food. I had to spend my own money on pest supplies because pest control didn’t show up for three days.
I’ve still received no reimbursement. I found roach eggs on and in my dishwasher and they refused to replace it. I still can’t use my kitchen comfortably. The office staff are rude, dismissive, and just try to get you out the door. Xena, in particular, was unprofessional—talked over me, didn’t listen, and acted like her word was final. I’m still dealing with this issue, and the lack of urgency or accountability from the office makes everything worse.
This place is a nightmare and I regret ever signing a lease.
