Icon at Hewitt

We were first tenants in the complex and at the beginning we were impressed on the smoothness of signing and regular maintenance for our apartment. As months passed by here are the negative experiences we have encountered thus far:
- multiple negative encounters with other tenants
-trash being overflowed due to not enough zones in put trash in
-people not picking up pets business and leaving them on the patios on hot summer day
-pool issues: people who come in are not residents or visitors of... the people who live here and will drink, smoke, and stay until 12-2AM at the pool
-Not the best location to live considering its at a busy roadway, trains blaring their horns, and HPD/HFD blaring their sirens as well.
-Not the greatest structure since I could hear every step my upstairs neighbor would make and hear what they are listening to.

I highly recommend these apartments. This is a great community and all the staff is so friendly. If you have kids you are super close to the library and a park. My kids have friends in the complex and enjoys having room to run around outside. Almost every month we have lived here the icon has provided some sort of activity or event for the community. It has been great fun.

I have searched for months for the perfect apartment that would give me all the amenities and perfect location I was looking for, in order to find the best fit for me. As soon as I walked into the business center, and was greeted by the friendly staff, I knew without a doubt it was going to be a great experience. Everything and everyone was so inviting . Walking into the model apartment, I had no concerns other than how fast I could sign and get into my new home. It felt right at home, comfort,... calming and relaxing. From the updated appliances, to the color schemes, the layout plans and everything about The Icon is perfect. Shopping around, the price is the best for being brand new and having access to everything you need. Not only am I 100% satisfied, my friend will be moving from her current apartment to The Icon next month because she was impressed by the staff and surroundings. The ICON apartments are very nice and spacious from inside. The outside area is always maintained very clean. Also, staff is very friendly and when you request service they always come fast. I highly recommend living at the ICON apartments and lofts.

My significant other and I have live at the Icon in Hewitt for 7 months now, and it is the best apartment community we have lived in yet. The front office staff are super friendly and down to earth, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The amenities such as the pool, gym, and dog park make this place feel like home not just for us but for our pet also! We recommend this community to everyone looking for a quiet, professional place to live with a great location.
