The saltwater pool is regularly maintained and may occasionally close for cleaning or repairs. Please park only in non-reserved spots to avoid towing. Vehicle registration is required the same day as check-in to avoid towing. For same-day bookings made after 4 PM, please send required information 2-3 hours before arrival for building approval. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require prior approval and potential payment. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur charges for the next night's stay. Mail/packages are not allowed to be delivered to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or speak with property management staff; all communication must be through the booking platform. Failure to return or damage to keys/key fobs will incur fees of $25 for a new key and $75 for a new key fob. A lost parking pass replacement fee is $50. There is a strict no-party and no-smoking rule, and devices are in place to detect these activities; tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. Please note that bugs may be present in the home due to Houston's climate, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are dependent on the property management maintenance team's schedule. An unreasonable mess post-checkout will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each bag over that is a $25 charge. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violation unless they are a service animal. Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having un-reported extra guests will result in a $200 fine. Violations of pool rules, including no pool parties, unattended children, smoking, glass containers, or improper attire, will lead to a $500 fine and cancellation of your stay with no refund. Pool hours are 8:30 am-10 pm; using the pool outside these hours will result in a $150 fine.
