Bad customer Service
I lived at Aris Market Square for five years and moved out on February 28, 2025. Despite repeated assurances that my security deposit was mailed, I have yet to receive it. The current leasing staff has been unresponsive, refusing to return my calls, forcing me to follow up weekly for a status update. This has been the worst leasing experience I’ve encountered, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking reliable customer service.
