For the most part, my experience here has been great. However, there’s been a huge (negative) energy shift with the office staff. Where Robert, Lindsey & Yuko made it feel like home and offered immaculate care and customer service, I don’t get that anymore. Yuko is still very amazing, but there are ppl in the office now who don’t even smile back or greet you when you walk by, the new gentleman, to be specific. Frankly, I hate it. As I’m friends with quite a few of my neighbors, I’ve heard that... others feel the same. I understand that there may be some temps covering until the new perm team gets here, but I think it’s worth noting that Robert & Lindsey left some very big shoes to fill. If I hadn’t already done it, I probably would not have renewed my lease if the current experience is what I knew we were in for.
