I lived here for 4 months. While the complex from a far looks really nice, tucked away and quiet...its far from that.
I'm not typically one to leave reviews unless I have nice things to say. However, in this case, I feel like it's needed. In the first 2 months I lived here my trailer got broke into but who's to say it was someone at This complex....But the road the trailer was parked at was only leading to this complex so high possibility. Regardless i brushed it off because those things can... happen everywhere. However, In the last 2 months I lived there there was a tenant that lived above me who brought A LOT of traffic through my building. at 1st is wasn't an issue until my home started getting random people knocking on my door by mistake, thinking it was that address. I brushed it off at 1st thinking it was just a mistake. that was until I realized that these people were buying drugs out of this unit. This complex offers ring camera packages but they're pretty expensive so I went to Amazon and bought one for myself. i had it installed and now I have screenshots of all these random people coming to my address looking for the tenant above. They all came between the hours of 7pm-1am. Still brushed it off because sometimes address can be confusing especially in a 3 story building. I was completely fine with living here, even with the traffic UNTIL.... there was a shooting MID-DAY. I'm not sure what the story was, but it was 2 guys who shot this unit up in the middle of the day. At this point, all I wanted was to break my lease with no repercussions considering my baby was home during the time of the shooting AND all these people kept mistaking my address for theirs but i am still being charged close to $1300 for breaking the lease. I've called the regional manager and even corporate. Who, let me add, didn't even know about the situation until I TOLD HER. I did my part as a good tenant and provided the office/officers with all the information they needed regarding this situation. You'd think considering my address kept being mistaken and could have been mistaken in that case that money wouldn't be an issue while letting me out of my lease, but no. All this company is after is your money.
PLEASE DON'T LEASE HERE! Stay safe and move elsewhere. Lee mas

The apartment is a good value. The grounds are safe and very clean.

It’s pretty quiet for the most part and no one bothers you.
