Dear Safina-
Your sister and her husband have lived here for years and take very good care of them and the apartment. IF there is a need for pest control or other maintenance, we are on top it it. I have documented proof that there is not a pest... control problem in their apartment and know if there was, your sister would contact us. It is unfortunate about your vehicle, but we are not able to be responsible for the weather. Luckily, you have car insurance for those things. I was never rude to you or anyone from the staff. It was very uncalled for to speak to the maintenance person the way you did. That was why your brother-in-law felt necessary to apologize on your behalf. I hope anyone reading this review will contact us and make their own decision about how we treat people.
