Overall, I have really enjoyed living here and all the amenities are great! The location is close to a lot of good grocery stores, and other places to go eat, as well as quick access to the highways.

Great location in Houston. Really enjoy the pool and proximity to central market. Amenities are very nice. Usually maintenance is quick and timely.

Not bad place to live but very outdated for the price. Hallways need to be pressure washed frequently. They will leaf blow frequently in the halls but it doesn’t do anything. Gym needs to be restocked with cleaning supplies and paper towels. It’s always empty and unable to clean the equipment after use. So I assume it’s always dirty.
